We will populate your product database with ten of your products, with description and image FREE of charge. Over that amount and there is an administration fee, since it is quite labour intensive. Remember you can always add your own products and images via the control panel at NO additional cost.

Manual Client Data Entry with or without images

Price Per Item: FREE

Your website ecommerce solution will be designed with ten products in it. You can easily add your products and images via the online control panel.

Semi-Automated Data Entry

 

Most clients will want their website to go live with their products already loaded into the system. We will ask you to complete and send us a spreadsheet (see below) of all your products along with any images you need displayed.

Database WITHOUT images

Price Per Item: 25p

If your products do not need images and we work directly from your supplied spreadsheet then the price per product to populate your website database is 25p. I.E. If you supply a spreadsheet of 160 products we will charge you £40 to populate your database.

You can ADD images for your products at any time using the easy online control panel.

Database WITH images

Price Per Item: 99p

You can supply with your spreadsheet a CD or zip file with product images, and ensure your spreadsheet contains the NAME of these images for each product. Full instructions are provided (see below). We manipulate the images you provide to create two new images, one thumbnail (or small image) and one main detailed image. These images will be optimised for web usage and inserted into the database for each of your products.

Our charge for database population using your supplied data and images is 99p per product. i.e. If you supply a spreadsheet of 160 products we will charge you £158 to populate your database.
