Categories & products
Adding a category
Your shop can feature UNLIMITED categories and products. Each category can have it's own description plus category header and footer graphics (this is handy to make a great looking site - but also helps with Search Engine Optimisation too.
Adding a product
See how easy it is to add a product and associated image into the system. All thumbnails, zoomed images, special offer details etc are all taken care of with 1 easy step.
Adding options to a product
Our product options system is the most flexible and powerful on any ecommerce system in the world. This tutorial shows a very simple option being added.
Stock control
If you decide to use stock keeping our system has the ability to allow a simple stock control system or a highly advanced SKU (stock keeping units) system. This video demos the very simple system.

Stock control with SKU
Using SKU (Stock Keeping Units). This covers the basics of using SKU stock keeping. With SKU stock control you also have the ability to perform advanced stock reports, stock import and export etc. which is not covered by this video.
Cross selling
Our cross selling system is really well thought out. By cross selling your items you will sell MORE. The GREAT thing about our system is that it's also SELF LEARNING - this means that when someone adds an item to their cart - it will automatically KNOW what items are frequently purchased with THIS item and suggest them to the user. Manual cross selling ADDS even more to this.
Discounts, sales, coupons & vouchers
Discount coupons
Discount coupons are an ESSENTIAL weapon in your arsenal of internet sales tools. Our discount coupon system is the most flexible and powerful you'll ever see.
Bulk order discounts
From time to time you'll want to offer bulk discounts. You can have an unlimited amount of bulk discount tiers per product.
Sale manager
Sales are vital to keep shop loyalty and ensure visitors return again and again. Our sales manager is incredibly powerful and is the best we've ever seen (and we've seen them ALL!).
Per customer discount
You can have an unlimited amount of DISCOUNT GROUPS - which you can assign customers to. These are not sales or discount vouchers but a permanent discount that a customer will always get. Very handy for offering TRADE PRICES to your TRADE CUSTOMERS.

A quick overview of how you handle orders in the system. Our order system is very powerful, so a lot of features are skimmed over, but you'll get the idea of how easy it is to process your orders.

Graphical statistics
Over 30 graphical charts are available to help you define trends and ensure you are upselling and cross selling correctly to increase per customer spend AS WELL as ensuring you are driving MORE visitors to your store and converting MORE into customers.
Newsletter manager
Newsletters allow you to keep in touch with your customers. It's easy send out news about sales or promotions and include Discount Coupons or even Gift Vouchers. You can also define newsletters to be sent out as part of our unique Abandoned Cart recovery system - which literally allows you to send out tailored promotions to people who have abandoned their carts - encouraging them to complete the purchase. All cart recoveries are tracked and displayed in a clear report.
Bulk price update
This feature is completely unique to us - it enables you to update the prices of ALL (or by category) your products by a flexible amount. This can increase or decrease and can ROUND to nice figures like X.49 or X.99. Watch the tutorial to get a better idea - but if have a LOT of products (some of our customers have over 20,000 products!) and the GBP/EUR exchange rate increases your trade cost - you can easily pass a nice, rounded 5% (or whatever) on to your customers WITHOUT having to edit each product.
