How To Allow Pop-Ups Within Internet Explorer
If the SiteWizard control panel does not open up when you enter your details and click the login button in the Client Login section from www.sitewizard.co.uk then please follow the following procedure.
Step 1
On the Internet Explorer tool bar click on Tools and select Pop-up Blocker Settings from the Pop-up Blocker sub menu.
Step 2
Click in the Address of Web Site To Allow box. Then type "*.sitewiz.co.uk", then click on the Add button.(We use *. instead of www. because the * is called a wildcard and will be replaced by the popup blocker software with anything. This allows our various servers to pop-up windows on your system as required)
Step 3
Click in the Address of Web Site To Allow box again. Type "*.sitewizard.co.uk", then click on the Add button.
Step 4
Now click close and you should be able to use the SiteWizard control panel to manage your site.
Step 5
If you are still experiencing problems logging in, try re-typing in your SiteWizard username and password. Then hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the logon button, this may also override any pop up blockers.
