How To Disable the Mcafee Pop-Up Blocker
If the SiteWizard control panel does not open up when you enter your details and click the login button in the Client Login section from www.sitewizard.co.uk then please follow the following procedure.
Step 1
If you have Mcafee installed on your computer you will have an M icon in your system tray at the bottom right hand corner of your desktop (next to the clock).
Step 2
Right click on this icon and select Privacy Service then Options.
Step 3
Type www.sitewiz.co.uk into the allowed sites box and then click the Add Button.
Step 4
Type www.sitewizard.co.uk into the allowed sites box and then click the Add Button.
Step 5
Once this has been done, open up Internet Explorer in a new browser window and then try to login to the SiteWizard control panel again.
Step 6
If you are still experiencing problems logging in, try re-typing in your SiteWizard username and password. Then hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the logon button, this may also override any pop up blockers.
