Setting Up Password Authentication
You will only need to follow the below procedures if you experience problems sending emails and your Internet connection provider is BT.
Step 1
Go to the Tools menu and select Accounts. Then select the SiteWizard account and click on Properties
Step 2
Select the Outgoing Servers tab and then tick the box that says My Outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication

Step 3
Then tick the Log On Using box and enter username and password provided by your internet connection provider. Then tick the remember password box and click ok.

If you continue to have problems sending emails through BT, please follow the instructions on this link: http://btyahoo.com/smtpnonbt and if this fails please give BT a call on 0800 1698639.
