Here's how to make a claim...

If you believe you have found the same service, at a lower price within 7 days of your purchase from SiteWizard (ie. from the date you placed your order), simply contact us to process your claim.

Please be aware that in order to process your claim, you must provide all the information requested including where you found the same service at a lower price and evidence of that price - e.g. a newspaper advertisement, promotional leaflet, digital photograph of point of sale display, screen grab, quotation on headed stationary.

Once we have received your claim, we'll then confirm that all the conditions for a refund have been met before emailing you notification that your claim has been validated. Successful claimants will receive notification within 28 days. Unsuccessful claimants will be contacted to state the reason why the claim has not been successful.

Conditions that must apply:

The Best Price Promise only applies to new website design, website redesigns and ecommerce designs.

It does not apply to any SiteWizard services that are additions to existing accounts or for hosting or domain name charges.

If the SiteWizard Price Promise is used in conjunction with our 30 Day Full Money Back Guarantee we will only refund the full amount paid. i.e. you cannot have a full refund on top of the £25 bonus payment.

This does not in any way affect your statutory rights. The services being compared must be:

1. A like for like service.
2. Available immediately for purchase within the UK.
3. The lower price must have been available in the 7 day period immediately after original purchase was made from SiteWizard.

All the information requested must be provided in order for a claim to be made. SiteWizard reserves the right to validate any claim.

Claims may only be made once per particular service. Repeat claims on specific services will be invalid.
