Christmas is a time of joy and giving but for some it brings added struggles to their daily lives as they try and find a way to provide Christmas gifts for those they love. The Salvation Army have set up a Christmas Gift Appeal in local churches and community centres across the country to help those in need at this time of year. In the weeks leading up to Christmas the charity has requested for those who can to donate new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children who might otherwise not receive a present this Christmas.  These generously donated items will then be wrapped and distributed to children in need across the country and your local areas.

The charity provides donated gifts to children of all ages from young babies to those aged 16, with everyone in between catered for.

We heard about this great cause through our Head of Design, Claire who organised a collection of over 80 gifts for the charity! We would like to extend a huge well done to Claire for all her hard work in organising this with such fantastic results for the collection.

The charity is running so many generous campaigns over Christmas and throughout the year and we hope our clients will enjoy reading about the good work that is being done nationally by The Salvation Army. If you are wanting to donate money, please visit the charity website to discover what you can do to help this Christmas in your local area.
